I had absolutely terrible experience with SUNC. The product quality was extremely poor, and despite my efforts, they refused to help or address the issue. Their customer service is abysmal, with both Rita and Vivian being fully aware of the problems but choosing not to assist me. It is clear that they are aware of the quality issues with their products, yet they still shipped me an expensive item of very bad quality. Even after providing them with all the necessary evidence, they continued to ignore my pleas for assistance. One person would initially promise to rectify the situation and send a replacement product, only for another person to later deny it or come up with excuses. Dealing with this company has been incredibly distressing and has caused me numerous headaches. Furthermore, their shipping time is excessively slow, and when I requested an update, Rita provided me with incorrect information. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from SUNC. KARMA will catch them up
